Meet Fintan 

Hello everyone and welcome to Larkhill Holistic. 

My name is Fintan Whelan and I am a Sligo native.  I have had a varied career to date and I have worked in a few different countries also.  I returned to college in 2004 to become a secondary school teacher.  I enjoy skiing, singing, music, the theatre and I do a lot of travelling! 

I began my Complementary Therapies journey in 2019. I qualified with a Diploma in Reflexology which is accredited by the Federation of Holistic Therapists (FHT).  This is the leading and largest Therapy Association for Holistics in Ireland and the UK. 

I am a member of the Irish Reflexologists Institute .

I also qualified in the Tera Mai™ form of Reiki.  Using a variety of specific healing techniques a Reiki healer is able to help release the build up of negative energies in the body. This particular style of Reiki healing is powerful and well-balanced.

Tera-Mai™ Reiki is non invasive, very relaxing and leaves the recipient feeling light and calm. The benefits of the treatment are experienced quickly.  

I continue to upskill and I continue to learn all the time.
